Inspired by the ancestral richness of the Kogui language, the word Peico —which evokes the “people”, the “community” and the sacred bond with nature—gives its name to our restaurant, where we celebrate the Caribbean gastronomic culture and the living tradition of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta with a new contemporary fusion.
Here, Colombian cuisine dialogues with flavors from the world through local ingredients from the Magdalena region, in healthy, colorful and delicious dishes.
