In the Aluna Wellness Center We offer you a space designed for deep relaxation and comprehensive well-being. During the class you will perform physical postures, breathing exercises and guided meditation to improve your overall health. Our sessions are led by visiting teachers and teachers from different parts of the world, who will accompany you to connect your body, mind and energy in a conscious way.
